Today is sad because there are so many clever, delicious things I could say about this strawberry-beer cocktail. Like how it’s ridiculously amazing. Like how serving it in mason jars makes it 10 times more amazing. Like how it packs a punch that you don’t even see coming.
However, because it’s the day after the long Memorial Day weekend, and because I’m so exhausted from the three barbecues in three days that I attended, and because the number of emails and unfinished business that pile up after three days of being away from the office, I just can’t think of those clever, delicious things. And even if I could, I’m not sure I could string them together in a coherent manner. So you’re just going to have to make do with the (large, party-sized) recipe.
I know. Darn, right?

Serves many
12 Coronas
2 cans frozen pink lemonade concentrate
